Here is how it works:

We have provided details about the trip and some helpful tips below. Please read them before you apply.

Cienfuegos Cuba

June 22-29 2026

Cost: $2500

  • A $250 down payment is required to reserve your spot! This fee goes toward the overall cost of the trip.

    Payment Schedule:

    • 1/3 of the trip cost is due 90 days before departure

    • 2/3 of the trip cost is due 60 days before departure

    • Final payment is due 30 days before departure

    Read through the tips below for what to expect when registering

  • Pastor Barranco and his staff arrange for us to stay in a local bed and breakfast called Las Golondrinas. Dr. Victor and his wife care for our teams and their staff provide breakfast each morning. This house is less than half a block from our host church.

    Power outages are common in Cienfuegos. The house has a generator and battery powered fans.

  • The Bishop’s office provides our team with a van and a well trained driver.

  • We will never be short on food. Cuban hospitality is amazing! Every church will offer a snack to go with our regular meals. Chicken, pork, rice and beans are staples in Cuba.

    Our meals in the country of Cuba are covered by the cost of the trip.

Managed Missions

Every team member will need to apply through our Managed Missions portal. You will need to create a username and password and have an active email address.

The mission trip dashboard is where you will find important documents, tasks and fundraising goals.

You will use this platform regularly throughout the process. Keep your username and password!

Passport

If you do not have a passport, please apply for one as soon as possible. You can still join the team without it, but we’ll need your passport to purchase your flights and Visa.

You will be asked to upload a photo of your passport on the mission dashboard.

You will need your passport 90 days before the trip in order to receive a religious visa.

References

Students this trip is by invitation. We require each team member to have a reference from a trusted leader.

Please be sure to ask the person you hope to name as a reference before you submit the application.

Religious Visa Form

Religious visas allow our team to travel safely and with humanitarian privileges. To complete the form you will need your passport and information about your residence, family and church. This form must be filled out within 100 days of your trip. You will receive a link to this form in an email when your registration is approved.

You may be asked for more login info. This is an added layer of security.

Watch for Reminder Emails

Throughout the trip prep process you will receive reminder emails asking you to complete certain tasks.

These tasks include team meetings at scheduled intervals confirming flight info and more.


Fundraise Your Trip


Raising support for a mission trip is a challenging but rewarding experience. God already knows how He will provide for your trip so you can trust Him in this process.

You will receive reminder emails that a portion of your overall funding is due. Please make these payments before or on their due dates! These emails come approximately 90, 60, and 30 days before your trip dates. At each of these markers, 1/3 (33%) of your balance will be due.

The price of this trip includes airfare, housing, food, in country transportation, and a small offering for the churches we will visit.

Once you have registered you will receive a link to the team giving page where friends, family and your church can donate to your trip.

You will be asked to make an initial deposit of $250 to hold your spot. This will be applied to you trip cost!
